Mister President, Excellency,

On the occasion of the re-election of Your Excellency as President of the United States of America, as Grand Master and Head of the State of the Federation of Autonomous Priories of the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem - also know as Knights of Malta or the Hospitaller Knights -, on behalf of all the Knights and Dames of this Federation in more than 60 countries, and specially in name of our American Knights and Dames, We would like to express Our most sincere congratulations for the electoral outcome, which, We are sure, will constitute another important step towards the Progress and the Peace, not only in the United States, but also in the all World.

The re-election of Your Excellency coincides with the end of our Celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the federative act, which took place in New York City, of the Autonomous Priories, as the direct and legal descendants of the old Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem, that has almost 1.000 years of glorious History, therefore we wish that the United States of America will have a future as glorious as we had our past, which we try to honour in the present.

We avail Ourselves of this opportunity to reiterate our congratulations and to express our wishes that the mandate of Your Excellency as President of the United States of America may be enlightened by the same high humanitarian principles that have guided our Knights through Time and History, and that Your Excellency may enjoy good health to fulfil and carry out Your new mandate.
