Recently we read, once again, in one of the SMOM's websites, another attack to our Sovereign Order and State of Knights (KMFAP), which, as usual, is full of lies invented by them. 

Needless to say that the Lawyers of our Legal Team are preparing a Criminal Complaint against SMOM for Defamation and for attempting to seriously harm our Good Name and our Reputation, so they will have to prove their statements about us in front of a Court of Law. 

However, considering that: 

1- The SMOM pretend to be good Catholics and obey to His Holiness the Pope and to the principles of the Roman Catholic Church; 

2- The Mortal Sins are defined as a grave violation of God’s law that completely separates a person from God and the Mortal Sins are rooted in the Ten Commandments; 

3- Also, one of the 10 Commandments, as found in the Bible (Exodus 20:1-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21 ), states clearly “You shall not bear false witness”. 

4- Finally, considering that the SMOM repeatedly and constantly bear false witness about our Sovereign Order and State of Knights (KMFAP) in a clear infringement of one (or more, in accordance with news published by the Press and Media) of the Commandments, and that “... the only way a Catholic can lose sanctifying grace is by committing a Mortal Sin. Every Catholic on the planet is either in sanctifying grace or in mortal sin. There is no grey area in this matter.“ (from the Catholic website “MEDIUM.com“) 

CONCLUSION - It is fair and natural to realise that SMOM, which is supposed to be “a religious Order approved by the Holy See with the objective of sanctification of its members“ (as stated in the sentence of the Cardinal's Court of the 24th January 1053), but, instead, they are constantly and continuously practicing one ( or more... ) Mortal Sin. So, if SMOM really is a Catholic Order, then, apparently for them the meaning of Sanctification is to live in a permanent Mortal Sin. 

It is for us (KMFAP) very hard to believe that the SMOM´s members, who made the solemn vows of Obedience, are obeying to orders coming from above, so, as we do not believe this, it is fair and natural to ask if after all the SMOM and its leaders are really Catholic ?
